Trained by people who trained judges
The partners have trained Somali judges and prosecutors and run mock-trial programmes at the Supreme Court in Nairobi. That teaching culture is the firm's default setting.

Statute, Shari'ah and Xeer — you will learn to work all three, because Somali practice runs on all three.

Somali law graduates and early-career lawyers who write clearly, read carefully, and want to be good rather than merely employed. English and Somali are working languages; Arabic helps. We hire deliberately and rarely — and we read every letter, whether or not a role is open.
